Second Chance owns and operates affordable housing to provide residents with a supportive environment as they transition to permanent employment and housing and reunify with their families. Average stays range from three to twelve months and provide residents an opportunity to experience how to care appropriately for living space and to develop rent-ready action plans while on-site residential managers oversee tenant and property maintenance.

Second Chance housing has made a huge difference for San Diegans in need and our seventh house is the first step in our goal to double our affordable housing capacity over the next 18 months.
