With the approaching return of NBC's show HEROES, NBC San Diego asked the community to select some local heroes! Second Chance's Executive Director / Founder, Scott H. Silverman, has been chosen as one of San Diego's Heroes! Scott will be recognized for this during a live appearance on Streetside San Diego with Kimberly King on NBC San Diego on Friday, April 27th. The program airs from 10:30 to 11:00 AM.
